Role Overview: What You'll Do
As an Associate Training Consultant/Business Development Partner, you'll be at the forefront of LABS's expansion across Nigeria. This multifaceted role combines business development, client relationship management, and educational program delivery.
Business Development Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities throughout your assigned region
- Identify and approach potential clients across various sectors
- Manage accounts with existing clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and growth
- Introduce LABS and our comprehensive service offerings to new organizations
- Follow up diligently on inquiries and convert prospects into clients
- Contribute to building and enhancing the LABS brand across Nigeria
Training and Educational Responsibilities
- Promote LABS's extensive portfolio of academic and executive education services
- Organize and run training events that meet the highest standards of excellence
- Support entrepreneur development projects nationwide
- Help develop youth micro-enterprise initiatives
- Contribute to building membership networks across Africa and the diaspora

Who We're Looking For: The Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (customer service experience is a bonus)

Educational Requirements

- MSc or MBA qualification is advantageous but not essential
